Zone Conference with Elder Costas

We had Zone Conference this week and Elder Costas from the Presidency of the Seventy came and spoke to our mission. It was awesome! It was unbelievable how much I learned about missionary work in the short 3 hours that he spoke. I wanted him to keep going. He talked about every aspect of missionary work: from how to find people to our personal hygiene. It was really funny, spiritual, and extremely informational. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.Other than that the week was normal and I unfortunately don't have any really sweet stories from the week.

We are teaching this really cool guy though that is from way in the middle of nowhere in Brazil and is just working here to gain some money but he is going to go back there this summer he thinks. He really wants to be baptized but there isn't a church close to where he lives. We told him that he still has the Book of Mormon, prayer, and principles of the gospel that he can share with everyone there and can be an example to all his friends and family, thus spreading the gospel by his example. We'll see what happens.

We went to the Zoo today as a zone so there are a bunch of pictures from that for all to enjoy.
That's all I have got for the week...and I would just like to say that my inbox was a bit skimpy this week...farewell!
